Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once the order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been successfully processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically takes 7-10 business days from the date we process the refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges.

If you received a gift that you wish to return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund before it appears in your account.
